1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

📌 Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color/design differences shown in pictures

  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged products


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds may be processed as:

    • Replacement product, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund (in special cases)

⏳ Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be provided via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchange depends on product availability


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by ZAKETA only if the mistake is from our side

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
